Northpointe Reserve- Revised Clubhouse
EPC - Revision to (COM-2220777) the civil permit plan sheets have been updated to show the revised clubhouse, lots 24 and 29, and joint trench. Clubhouse footprint and location shifted slightly. Lots 24 and 29 buildings were mirrored and updated accordingly. Joint trench, vaults, and transformer locations were updated per approved SMUD layout. Landscaping and irrigation were revised accordingly.
