REVISION TO RES-2509870
EPC - As part of ongoing coordination during construction, two sheets in the permitted plan set have been revised to reflect updated field conditions and utility requirements. Sheet AS.01 has been revised to show the corrected location of the existing water line, which was found to differ from the original plan. In addition, the drawing now includes the new connection point for the ADU’s water supply. I have illustrated these changes on the attached marked-up image of the plumbing plan. Sheet E1.01 has been updated to reflect the installation of a new electrical meter and panel at the ADU. These changes have been made in accordance with SMUD’s Design recommendations for the installation of a duplex meter on the ADU. The existing main meter will be moved to the ADU. The existing panel will become a subpanel.
